Plant It
I designed and created a board game to teach kids and adults the joy of gardening in a fun and creative way. By reinterpreting gardening into a completely different medium, I hope to expand the audience to those otherwise unfamiliar with gardening.

Besides crafting an entirely new game, I also developed a design system that worked cohesively across the different components of the game: the rulebook, game pieces, game cards, symbols, and other various design choices. Between playtesting and the design process, I listened to feedback to improve not only the game but also the design system to complement the functions of the game.
The challenge of this project was developing a form that made gardening engaging for a large age range, yet also a design system that elevated and worked seamlessly with the game.
